From humble beginnings to Canada’s largest RV dealer, Fraserway’s journey has been built on passion, family values, and adventure.
What started in 1969 as a small camper manufacturing shop has grown into a nationwide network helping Canadians and travelers explore the great outdoors — one road trip at a time.
1969Erd & Mabel bought Fraserway Camper Mfg (Apr 24)
1983James purchased company from Erd & Mabel — became President
1988Company split into Fraserway RV Centre Ltd and Western Canada RV
1991Started leasing motorhomes | Introduction of Rentals
1992Started Fraserway RV Rentals in Delta with 72 units
1993Opened Four Seasons sales lot in Langley
1994Opened Calgary Rentals location
1995Built new Calgary building — WCRV doubled its size
2000WCRV re-named Adventurer Mfg
2001Opened Whitehorse location
2003Opened Halifax location | Purchased Mt Lehman property
2004Built new Whitehorse location
2005Built new Airdrie location (combined rentals + dealership)
2005Opened Edmonton sales
2006Opened Toronto rentals & sales | Four Seasons Rentals developed in Abbotsford
2008 Mar.Purchased Travelhome RV Marketplace in Langley
2008 Jul.Moved Adventurer LP to Yakima WA (new manufacturing plant)
2008 Nov.Built and moved into Abbotsford dealership on Mt Lehman (flagship store)
2010 Nov.Purchased Eagle Cap Camper Mfg assets
2012 Jun.Purchased second Kingsview Way property (Airdrie)
2013 Jan.James became President of Okanagan Group as POA
2014 Jan. Purchased Okanagan assets & name (Leduc, Lacombe, Kelowna, Kamloops, Penticton)
2014 Oct.Moved Travelhome to Abbotsford → RV Automall concept
2015 Jan.Purchased Happy Trails Prince George → Fraserway full dealership
2016Okanagan Tribute debut
2017 Feb.Roadmaster becomes Fraserway Rental operation → doubles in size
2017 Dec.Built new Edmonton dealership
2018Hired CEO to run dealership operations
2019 Apr 2450th Anniversary Celebration | New company jackets
2019 Jun.Red Deer sales lot opened (part of Lacombe operations)
2019 Sep 1David Epp becomes CEO of Adventurer Manufacturing (AM)
