Vehicles are available for pick-up Monday through Saturday between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM. For departures on Sundays (May–September, Delta & Calgary only), vehicles can be collected between 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM.

Upon pick-up, you will receive a personalized RV orientation from our knowledgeable team. The process typically takes 60–90 minutes, including paperwork and a thorough walk-through to ensure you feel confident and ready for your adventure.
